How to Take Your Bra Measurements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
-
A flexible tape measure (If you don’t have a tape measure, click here).
-
Something to write with.
STEP ONE:
-
While wearing a bra, take a tape measure and place it under your breasts.
-
Loop the tape around your back until it comes back around and meets the start of the tape.
-
Pull snugly.
-
Make a note of the number where the start of the tape meets the end of the tape.
-
This is your band measurement.
STEP TWO:
-
Place the tape measure, so it lies across the widest part of your bust.
-
Loop it around your back until it meets the start of the tape.
-
DO NOT PULL TOO TIGHT.
-
Make a note of the number. This is your bust measurement.
STEP THREE: Enter your band and bust measurements into the appropriate boxes in the bra calculator.
Caution: The bra size the calculator gives you may not be entirely accurate. It should only be used as a starting point. This is because the calculator doesn’t consider the shape of your breasts or other bra-fitting factors. For best results, consult a bra fit specialist by booking a virtual or in-store consultation.
