You may exchange items from this sale if they are unworn, unwashed, and the tags are attached for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Store Credits will be issued to your file and can be used to make a subsequent purchase at your convenience.
Exchange Shipping Policy
If you'd like to mail your exchange back, you must send an email to info@lingeriedebra.com. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit note(Available in Canada only). If you'd prefer to drop it off in-store, no deduction from your credit will be made.

You may return full-priced unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Returns processed that do not respect these guidelines must still be returned within 30 days and will result in a store credit instead of a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used to make the purchase.
