Elements of Bra Fit
To ensure your bra fits properly, evaluate the following elements:
1. Is the underbust band parallel to the floor?
(Sometimes there might be a slight rise or dip in your band at the back, this is often caused by the bra settling against the natural shape of your body. Therefore, you should evaluate the band from the side)
2. Is the center of the bra lying flat against your sternum?
(If your breasts are close set, you may never get the center of the bra directly against your sternum. Instead, you should simply ensure that the center part is not sticking out)
3. Is all your breast tissue contained by the cups?
(With plunge, balconette, and demi cup bras your tissue will be visible, but you shouldn’t see any bubbling over the material)
